BABKA & BRIOCHE: SWEET & SAVOURY
Learn how to make a sweet starter and handle a sticky dough. In class, you will use a premade dough to do a babka and some savoury buns and other items and take home a dough we will make in class to bake at home. You will learn how to make a sweet and savoury fillings.
10am-5pm (or earlier!)
