This website is born out of my firm belief that bakers need to be more than bakers.

We need to be grain activists. To honor all the work that comes before ours, we need to listen to the grain and go beyond achieving the familiar.

I love working with the flavours of whole grains to express what is possible, not what is expected. This website is an invitation to my approach, and to the broad community project of changing our relationships to grains.

I am including resources for fellow bakers and anyone interested in learning about whole grains, supporting sustainable farming, and feeding ourselves better.
